Took my car in for an A/C problem. Mark was very professional, honest, and upfront about his diagnosis. Although I chose not to have it fixed, I will definitely return to him for any future repairs.

Wow! Never have I experienced such excellent customer service and repair work. I’ve been to Cergizan’s on several occasions, and I wouldn’t have anyone else work on my vehicle. I used to hate taking my car into the shop because I never knew who to trust. Everyone has their own horror story of how a mechanic shop ripped them off. These are people you can trust with any and every issue. The owner, Mark, Was a breath of fresh air. His honesty and straightforward advice is second to none. If you’re in the unfortunate position of needing repairs done on your vehicle, don’t hesitate to call these guys. You won’t be disappointed!

Fixed our Church Bus window latch in a timely manner and was honest about the condition of the rest of our Church Bus. I feel informed and comfortable after the service performed by Cerizan's Auto shop. Highly recommend!

i came across Cergizan’s on the internet and decided to check them out. Mark was extremely nice and helpful and did a great job on my vehicle. I own an Audi and it’s great to know that they work on foreign cars with very fair pricing. I highly recommend them.

Mark was awesome. Our alternator failed on a 400 mile trip near Chesterton. After a call we were told he could help us right away. We were back on the road in less than 1 1/2 hours and work was done at a fair price.. we highly recommend !

After calling a few other shops in the area I chose Cergizan’s. I had never been here before, but Mark was the nicest person I talked to that day so I went with him. His quote wasn’t the cheapest I found, but not the most expensive either. I dropped my car off that morning, it was fixed by noon and past the emissions test a couple days later. I will definitely be a return customer.
